Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at tellaabellaa@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showcasing the damage.

To be eligible for an exchange:.

a. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

b. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

c. We recommend creating an unboxing video when you received the order clearly showing the condition of each item received, emphasizing any defects or damage.

d. All exchanges are subject to stock availability

Shipping for Exchange

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange . As we believe in long term relationship with our valued customers we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you.

Processing Time

Once we receive your exchange request and necessary documentation, we will process it within 5-7 days. The replacement item will be shipped once the exchange is approved.
